Tess Caswell

Dr. Tess Caswell is a planetary scientist and engineer. She has a PhD in Earth, Environmental, and Planetary Science from Brown University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Tess spends her days controlling spacecraft to send humans into space, then uses her free to pick up rocks on the trails around Seattle, fly small airplanes, and practice martial arts. She is passionate about inspiring women and girls to enter STEM fields and excited to be part of the GeoGirls team!
