Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Kaitlynn is entering her second year in her Master's program at Michigan State University.  She is studying historical seismograms from Former Soviet Union republics.  Her research provides information for crustal and upper mantle structures and velocities for areas that were previously unexplored.  Outside of school, Kaitlynn enjoys being outside, playing board games, and traveling!
