Sheelagh is from Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University with an Environmental Geosciences, B.S. and from Michigan Tech with a Geology, M.S degree. She now lives and works in Washington for the Department of Ecology as a water quality scientist and modeler, where she works to study and protect surface waters in Washington. Outside of work, she can be found sailing and paddleboarding the Puget Sound and skiing and hiking in the mountains with her dog and husband!
