Briana was born and raised in Seattle and has always loved being surrounded by the mountains
and water. She has a degree in biology with a focus in ecology and conservation from the University of
Washington. She has been an educator for many years, including as an outdoor preschool teacher and is
excited to continue to work to remove barriers to outdoor access and education and get more people
learning in place outside. When not working Briana loves to get on trail, hiking and camping, or relax
with a good book.
