Patty Wood has over 20 years of experience in educational policy, leadership, and governance and is currently consulting with educational leadership teams in Washington. In her governance role, Patty served on the Washington State Board of Education as well as her local school board. She recently retired as CEO of Education Northwest, a national nonprofit educational research organization dedicated to educational equity. Currently, she serves on the board of All Hands Raised, a collective-impact nonprofit based in Portland.

A lifelong enthusiast of the Pacific Northwest’s natural beauty, Patty enjoys hiking, kayaking, and skiing in the mountains of southwest Washington alongside her husband and dog. In her free time, she pursues creative hobbies such as knitting and building kayaks.
