Planning to visit Mount St. Helens? You may want to surf over to the National Volcanic Monument web site to check the weather and the view from the Johnston Ridge Observatory on the Volcano Cam.  The National Volcanic Monument website has all the information you need to plan a trip to the most active volcano in North America, including maps, contact information and more.  During this time of year, it would also be beneficial to check out any winter advisories and road closures before you begin your journey to Mount St Helens.  In recent months, we have experienced some severe weather that may impact access to your favorite recreational spots.  This information is also available online at the National Volcanic Monument website.
